The location is perfect - 5 min walk from Ueno train station. Room isvery comfy and tidy, with additional sitting area. Kind and supportive staff. Good transport links and nice area for families.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near a park and transportation. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with extra amenities like hair straighteners. The hotel also had fantastic common areas with complete dining facilities. The location was perfect, in a quiet but convenient neighborhood with a food market nearby, and just a short walk to the metro or JR station. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to both the metro and JR stations. It is also conveniently close to Ameya Yokocho and the Ueno shopping areas. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture and a nice sitting area for relaxation. The separate shower, bath tub, and toilet were well-designed and allowed for efficient use of space. the common area outside the room provided all the necessary cutlery and cookware for dining.
There was no daily room cleaning available, which meant we had to rely on the common kitchen area for most of our amenities.
